Equanimity Arts
Artist-Run Creative & Therapeutic Practice in Sydney
Equanimity Arts™ (EqA) is a Sydney-based artist-run creative and therapeutic practice founded by installation artist and Creative & Experiential Therapist Madeline Fountain, and artist, arts educator and registered art therapist Nicola Black.
We design immersive art environments, deliver group creative therapy programs and develop research-informed wellbeing initiatives that support regulation, insight and relational connection.

OUR LEADERSHIP
Madeline Fountain
Installation artist, Creative & Experiential Therapist (specialising dementia) and Practice Manager. Madeline brings expertise in strategy, research, operations and cultural leadership.
Nicola Black
Artist, arts educator and registered art therapist with decades of experience in visual arts education and therapeutic group facilitation with children, young people and marginalised communities.
Together, they steward Equanimity Arts as an artist-led practice grounded in creative excellence, ethical facilitation and strong governance.
