When we lose someone we care for or love, it wounds us and can leave us with scars that we have to tend to. The process of healing takes time and finding tangible ways to soften the scar tissue, like engaging in the therapeutic process of art therapy, can help. At Equanimity Arts we would love to provide a space for individuals / groups online to come together and safely share using artmaking as healing.
