Navigating Womanhood
This online open studio group for women is tailored to address the ever changing feminine experience.
Our lives can be challenging as we navigate various stages:
-
as young women entering the workforce through to transitioning to retirement
-
starting a family, choosing not to become a mother or processing grief about infertility
-
meeting the demands of pregnancy, motherhood or adjusting to an empty nest
-
Acceptance and self-compassion around changes in our bodies
-
Changing dynamics in family systems and relationships.
The intention is to bring women together using art making as an empowering and therapeutic process that uncovers and unfolds meaning within the safe and shared space of the group.
Sessions are framed around guided art directives, allowing time for self-reflection, learning from each other and sharing the practice of the creative process.
Participants can either use their own art materials or buy an EqA art pack, that will be delivered by post with all the supplies needed to participate in sessions.
At the moment this offering is online only, however, we are looking to hold it in-studio in the future.
If you are interested in joining please send a booking enquiry and our team will get back to you.
